Work Experience
I completed a 13-month placement at TopCashback where I engaged with customers to create compelling graphics across the website and social media working with multiple brands. I learnt a lot of design mediums whilst on placement including general graphic design, UX/UI design, app design, social media marketing and also a few projects relating to print.
I've also worked at Nail Polish Direct and Pretty Pro where I completed an array of tasks. I was in charge of marketing and managing social media to create a cohesive and engaging feed to interact with our followers and provide them with knowledge of our products, thus helping increase sales. It was essential in this role to keep up with the latest trends. This included filming reels and videos to help increase engagement. Beyond social media, I also created two weekly newsletters, weekly blogs, web banners, sale campaigns, brochures, leaflets and business cards and various other marketing and graphic design related tasks which I thoroughly enjoyed.
