A Graphic Designer with a love for all thing editorial and branding. Designing projects that aim to tackle women rights

Depop X RAW: A Fast Fashion magazine for teen girls

Depop X RAW; a collaboration with a social e-commerce company, Depop. The RAW magazine aims to prepare and educate teen girls about fast fashion and what can be done to encourage alternative options before they are fully submersed into the fast-fashion culture. The magazine has been created to encourage the idea of sustainable fashion through sustainable fashion brands, secondhand fast fashion or our suggested alternative ways. Providing our readers to make better fashion decisions by saving the planet, 1 less purchase at a time.

Depop X RAW: Be More Sustainable

Be More Sustainable talks about how one could 'Think sustainable. Think ethical'. It provides knowledge regarding sustainable fashion from discussing the difference between slow and fast fashion to showcasing existing sustainable brands that are currently trying to make a positive difference in the environment.

Depop X RAW: Shop Depop

With the magazine in collaboration with Depop, it only made sense to show the readers who and what Depop is and provide a demonstration of how they could use Depop to shop sustainably.

Depop X RAW: Upload & Dispose

Fast Fashion is a massive industry that unfortunately encourages the 'throw away culture'. This is when people would buy items of clothing to wear once or never in some cases and then immediately throw them away. Upload & Dispose is a section providing readers with stories from girls who have adopted this culture and/ or shop fast fashion and how they interact with the industry.

Depop X RAW: Change the Game

Change the Game is all about presenting the readers with alternative options to fast fashion. Providing them with tips and tricks for upcycling their existing clothes and reworking one item to be worn five different times.

Work Experience

Freelance Graphic Designer for MJMK
February 2022 - Present
I was delighted to be given the opportunity to be a part of the MJMK team as their freelance Graphic designer. MJMK is a restaurant group based in London. As part of my role, I work on menu design concepts and other print collateral. As well as liaising with the marketing team to create digital and print designs and designing social assets and promotional material.

Graphic Design Intern at We are Me:Mo agency
July 2020 - July 2021
We are Me:Mo is a marketing and PR agency within the hospitality industry. During my time at the agency, I had the opportunity to work closely with well-known establishments such as London Hilton Park Lane, Bill’s Restaurant and Bar, Maple & Co and more creating digital and print design concepts. Working under the head of design to create brand identities and package design and liaising with the wider team to produce pitch document layouts and more. I also got the privilege to work on sole led projects - executing content design and collateral for social media platforms through vectors, illustrations and animation. As well as creating email marketing material, and designing promotional material through posters, flyers and invitations. Other projects consisted of implementing menu design concepts alongside other print collateral.
