Morse Code Suit Panel
This piece is a suit panel for the subdued narrator character in the story. It features digital embroidered blocks, lines and grids, with the alternate lines beaded in translatable morse code. The code translates to a quote from the novel.
Beaded Trench Coat
Using a World War II trench coat, panels in the shapes of gas mask filters have been cut out, with alternate mesh sections being heavily cluster beaded. The piece is intended for a character with a double identity. The imposing Gestapo style trench coat, is juxtaposed by the feminine beading creeping all over the garment.
Digital Print Jacket
This piece is a layered photographic digital print, with doubled PVC ruffles and red cluster beading around the edges. It is a panel which is intended to be a jacket for one of the more provocative characters in the book.
Digitaal Print Suspenders
Digitally printed mesh suspenders with a beaded ruffle garter. This is intended for Arthur's character, a masochist with a double identity. This reveals his feminine side during a compromising scene in the novel.

Work Experience
DEBORAH BRAND: 6-month Corsetry internship based in London. Through this internship I gained skills in corset construction, including but not limited to pattern cutting, making toiles and creating garments from scratch. I also assisted on large scale photoshoots and furthered my embellishment skills, working with materials such as chainmail and Swarovski crystals.
