Work Experience

I have completed two separate work experience placements with JMDA design company. It was a valuable insight into working collaboratively with other creatives, and seeing how design projects are managed in a professional capacity.

I have also completed a work experience placement at Hartlebury Castle and Museum, where I enjoyed a mix of responsibilities. Although initially challenging, I greatly improved my confidence by assisting in leading workshops and activity days for visitors and spent time with the marketing team learning how to promote the Museum and events. I also got to fulfil personal interests when viewing their collection of historical artefacts, specifically their collection of historical clothing and dresses; learning how they are stored and kept, whilst not being afraid to get stuck in when the gardening team were clearing a section of gardens to restore!
